Hi! My name is Vivi.

I’m a Boston-based product designer with a background in psychology and social work, where I learned to combine empathy with research to understand how people experience the world. My work has always centered on identifying challenges and designing solutions that make life smoother, more inclusive, and more human.

As technology became an increasingly integral part of daily life, I became fascinated by how people navigate digital experiences—and how thoughtful design can make those interactions intuitive, accessible, and meaningful. I aim to craft experiences that not only meet users’ needs but also resonate with their context, motivations, and aspirations.

My journey includes consulting as a research specialist in fast-paced corporate environments, where I honed project management, strategic problem solving, and communication skills, as well as coordinating programs within Boston’s largest healthcare system, supporting initiatives that create real impact. Across sectors, one truth has stood out: the best solutions begin with truly understanding the people you’re designing for. That’s the mindset I bring to every project—designing with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to making experiences that help users thrive.
